Although Amy had always felt dissatisfied with her small, irregular breasts and was body-conscious, it took her 10 years to decide on surgery.

She says: “I had a large gap between my breasts and couldn’t wear certain dresses or bikinis. I’ve always wanted to have a breast augmentation and wish I’d done it sooner and not waited so long. The size and shape of my breasts are perfect now – I can wear anything I like!”

t took just six weeks for Amy to recover entirely from surgery and return to the gym.

Amy says that her recovery was just as she was told to expect. She was prescribed pain relief for the first week but didn’t need co-codamol after that. Amy took our advice and wore her support bra for the first six weeks, except for in the shower.

Amy was delighted with her after-care. She had two follow-up appointments and any questions that she had between consultations, were answered by Mr Jallali and the team.

“I didn’t have any problems during my recovery but felt very well supported, and still do, in case there are any issues.”
