what is an arm lift?

A brachioplasty, commonly known as an arm lift, is a surgical procedure to remove loose skin and excess fat on the upper arm (often called ‘bingo wings’), to achieve a more defined contour.

Age or weight loss can leave you with hanging, less elastic skin on your upper arms, affecting your body image, self-esteem, and even the clothes you choose. Unfortunately, although muscles can be strengthened, this loose skin is difficult to remove with diet and exercise alone.
