Plastic surgeon consultations
Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your appointment. This allows you time to check in and complete any necessary paperwork. While we try our best to accommodate late arrivals, they may result in a briefer consultation, needing to book a second consultation, rescheduling, or cancelling the appointment.
Surgical procedures
We’ll let you know your admission time the week leading up to your procedure.
Non-surgical procedures
We’ll ask you to arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled procedure, depending in the nature of your treatment.
If you are unable to attend your consultation, please can you inform us at least 48 weekday hours in advance of your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee and help us to maintain the highest level of service to all of our clients.

We have a caring, passionate and expert team to guide you and give you a genuinely personal service. If however, you have a concern with any matter in relation to your treatment at The Levant Clinic, you are entitled to make a complaint, either in person, by telephone or in writing.
